Do students graduate from EnCircle or receive a certificate or diploma?
No, we offer hands-on and project-based training which will reflect in portfolio and skills development. We have relationships with business which could help you get a job after training if you want a full-time job. We also align ourselves with Voc Rehab and ACT, two organizations which also help individuals find employment. With more tech skills, the potential for higher-skilled and better paid work is increased.
What credentials we help you attain: Excel & Microsoft Word certification tracks. We are also beginning college-support programs through Moberly Area Community College. We support classes in the programming and web design class. Students enroll at MACC, and we provide structure, accountability, and homework labs with tutors to help students.
What is the cost of EnCircle and is there financial aid?
Currently classes cost varies from $350-$450 for a 12-14 week session (less expensive for the summer). Students can choose what classes to take. We do offer scholarships, and there are some funds for our classes through local service agencies.
When and where are the classes?
Our classes are held in a spacious, comfortable classroom at the Missouri United Methodist church at 204 South 9th Street (across from Shakespeare’s Pizza). The classes are usually held on Tuesday, Wednesday, with some Thursday afternoons.
